At the invitation of the Yemen National NGOs Forum, Mohanna Eljabaly delivered an online session on Risk Sharing for NGOs and Humanitarian Organizations, attended by over 70 participants. The session introduced practical tools and frameworks to strengthen collaborative risk management across the humanitarian delivery chain.

It’s official — the Risk Sharing Platform is now live. After over a year of development, testing, and collaboration, Mohanna.io has launched a purpose-built tool that makes risk sharing practical, transparent, and consistent for NGOs, donors, and consortium partners.

Mohanna Eljabaly will represent Mohanna.io at RILx25 – Humanitarian Innovation at the Crossroads, taking place in Istanbul from 15–17 October 2025. He will lead a workshop on holistic risk identification and risk maturity for the nonprofit sector, and join a distinguished panel on the responsible use of AI in humanitarian action.

Mohanna.io has officially launched the NGO Risk Maturity Model, a bilingual framework and free online tool that enables organizations to assess, understand, and strengthen their risk management practices. The tool, available in both Arabic and English, helps NGOs measure their maturity level and access tailored guidance for improvement.

In a bold and creative move, Mohanna Eljabaly has released a bilingual comic titled Two Women. One System. — a visual reflection on how risk is held, transferred, or shared across the humanitarian sector. Through the story of Lina and Salma, the comic explores what accountability, power, and partnership really mean in risk practices.

In this issue, Mohanna Eljabaly explores contrasting approaches to risk through a visual comic and shares key updates from a 100+ participant risk workshop for Yemeni NGOs. With 130+ learners engaged this month, the conversation on risk sharing continues to gain ground in the third sector.
