Mohanna Eljabaly’s Risk Sharing Session for Yemen National NGOs Forum
At the invitation of the Yemen National NGOs Forum, Mohanna Eljabaly, Founder of Mohanna.io and General Manager of YFCA, led a highly attended online training session titled “Risk Sharing for NGOs and Humanitarian Organizations.”
The session brought together over 70 participants representing national NGOs from across Yemen. It focused on how humanitarian organizations can move beyond individual risk management toward shared accountability and collective solutions.
Using the 7-step Risk Sharing Framework developed by Mohanna.io, participants explored methods to identify, assess, and address risks collaboratively—ensuring that no single organization bears the entire burden.
